      目的 探讨三维超声成像及三维超声断层显像技术在判断老年人膀胱癌浸润程度及分期中的应用价值。方法 对42例老年膀胱癌患者采用三维超声检查,判断膀胱癌的浸润程度及其分期。结果 三维超声提示:膀胱癌T1期24例,癌灶局限于膀胱黏膜层;T2期6 例,癌灶侵犯膀胱壁浅层,但未突破深肌层;T3期5例,癌灶突破膀胱壁全层;T4期7例,癌灶侵犯到周围组织。病理证实膀胱癌T1期21例,T2期9例,T3期5例,T4期7例。以术后病理结果为金标准,三维超声判断膀胱癌浸润程度的准确性为85.7%。结论 三维超声成像结合断层显像技术可以无创判断膀胱癌的浸润程度和分期。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the application value of three dimensional ultrasound imaging and three dimensional ultrasound tomography in determining the infiltration degree and staging of bladder cancer in the elderly.Methods Forty-two elderly patients with bladder cancer were examined by three-dimensional ultrasound to determine the extent and stage of bladder cancer invasion Results Three-dimensional ultrasound showed that 24 cases of bladder cancer were at stage T1,and the lesion was confined to the bladder mucosa;6 patients at T2 stage,carcinoma invaded the superficial layer of bladder wall,but did not break through the deep muscular layer;5 patients at T3 stage,the cancer broke through the whole layer of the bladder wall;and 7 cases at T4 stage,the lesion invaded the surrounding tissue.Pathology confirmed 21 cases of bladder cancer in T1 stage,9 cases in T2 stage,5 cases in T3 stage and 7 cases in T4 stage.The accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound in determining the degree of bladder cancer invasion was 85.7%.Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging combined with tomography can help diagnose the invasive degree and stage of bladder cancer noninvasively.
