中文摘要:
      良好的饮食习惯和适当强度的体育锻炼能够预防和改善各类慢性疾病的产生和发展已是不争的事实。近年来我国经济发展较快,人民生活水平不断增高,受多食少动的影响,我国各类心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率日趋升高。本文通过分析和归纳饮食结构和体育锻炼与心血管疾病危险因素的关系,得出改善饮食习惯、降低静态行为并辅以适当强度的体育锻炼可以一定程度上的调节人体血压、血糖和血脂等危险因素,从而降低心血管疾病发生的概率这一结论。
英文摘要:
      It has become an indisputable fact that good dietary habits and appropriate intensity of physical exercise can prevent and improve various chronic diseases.In recent years,China′s economy has developed rapidly and people′s living standards have been increasing.And affected by eating more and exercising less,the incidence and mortality of various cardiovascular diseases in China are increasing continuously.By analyzing and summarizing the relationship between dietary structure and physical exercise and risk factors of cardiovascular disease,this paper draws the conclusion that the improvement of dietary habits,the reduction of static behavior and the appropriate intensity of physical exercise can regulate the risk factors such as blood pressure,blood sugar and blood lipid to a certain extent,thereby reducing the incidence of cardiovascular disease.
